이번 릴리즈 중요 이슈는 foreign key 에 대한 버그 픽스로 보이네요.
However, several of the issues corrected in this release could have resulted in corruption of foreign-key constraints; that is, there might now be referencing rows for which there is no matching row in the referenced table.
FK 관계를 위배하는 데이터가 존재할수도 있다고 하는군요.
